Dans un monde de plus en plus fluctuant<\/strong>, la seule mani\u00e8re de ne pas perdre le contr\u00f4le est de changer de niveau de contr\u00f4le<\/strong>. Alors que jusqu’ici les organisations cherchaient \u00e0 devenir les plus performantes, c’est-\u00e0-dire les plus adapt\u00e9es \u00e0 un contexte donn\u00e9, l’incertitude croissante redonne d\u00e9sormais la main aux organisations les plus adaptables.<\/strong><\/p>

Cela implique de\u00a0repenser nos organisations, tant d’un point de vue structurel que culturel<\/strong>, pour redonner toute leur place aux comp\u00e9tences de chaque individu et \u00e0 celles du collectif.<\/p>

Il s’agit de ne plus consid\u00e9rer ses collaborateurs comme des ressources humaines<\/strong> mais comme un r\u00e9seau d’individus interconnect\u00e9s<\/strong> en interne – mais aussi en externe au sein de l’\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de l’organisation – dont il faut faciliter les interactions.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Passionn\u00e9e par les organisations, tant dans leur dimension structurelle que culturelle<\/strong>, je les accompagne depuis 6 ans avec un regard syst\u00e9mique pour les aider \u00e0 s\u2019adapter avec enthousiasme \u00e0 un monde en profonde mutation.<\/p>

Ing\u00e9nieure de formation<\/strong>, j\u2019ai pilot\u00e9 des projets de transformation<\/strong> et manag\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes <\/strong>dans diff\u00e9rents contextes professionnels, d\u00e9veloppant ainsi la capacit\u00e9 de comprendre un grand nombre de probl\u00e9matiques organisationnelles.<\/p>

Apr\u00e8s un burn-out en 2023, je me suis form\u00e9e \u00e0 l’Approche Syst\u00e9mique (Palo Alto), \u00e0 la Gestalt-th\u00e9rapie et \u00e0 des modes de gouvernance partag\u00e9e<\/strong>, pour mieux prendre en compte la complexit\u00e9 des relations humaines dans mes accompagnements.<\/p>
